BUTLER COUNTY - HOME PRICES
The cost of home ownership in Butler County and the Cincinnati – Dayton region is one of the lowest of any major metropolitan suburban area in the country for all income levels. 

 The median existing home selling price for the Cincinnati area is $145,300—more than 34% below the national median home selling price—while in Dayton the median home selling price is $121,400.   Both communities have affordable homes at all income levels.  That compares to median home prices in other metropolitan areas as follows:
